I cheated on my no bread idea on the camping trip, on the theory that it was vacation, but now that I’m back home, I’m back to no bread and either riding a bike or going for a walk every day.
I weighed myself this morning, and came in at 218.6 pounds. My hope is to get down under 200 again within the next month or so. That’s a lot of weight loss, but getting rid of bread being a more active should make a pretty substantial difference!
On the short term advantages side of things, making myself work out when the smoke is this thick means going to a gym instead of riding outside, so I get to experience awesome gym ambiance. I’m actually writing this from a stationary bike right now while the first XXX movie blare on a tv no one is watching and so,e dude is yelling “woooh!” at the top of his lungs every time he lifts a weight.
