Okay, internet, fine!
I admit it, I concede, I give in; The Good Place is a very good television program.
We watched the first two episodes a few months back, and I thought it was kinda fun, kinda funny, kinda cute… but I didn’t really get why everyone was so bonkers for it.
Last weekend, we gave it another shot… and watched all of Season 1 and the start of Season 2.
I’m delighted to have absolutely no idea where the show is going, or what is going on, or how it’s going to progress or resolve… but it’s fantastic!
It’s funny, it’s interesting, it’s intriguing, it’s clever, and it’s kind.
If you haven’t checked it out, the first two seasons are up on Netflix, so there’s no excuse. Go watch it! Also: do not read ANYTHING about it. This show will be better and better the less you know.
P.S., please don’t say anything about season 2 in the comments… I really don’t want it spoiled!
