Clearly, Captain Holt would be Elfangor. The stoic, guiding light. The stern, distant father figure, who’s myth drives the team even when he’s not around.
Diaz and Rachel are already the same people, 100%. Don’t even ask me to explain it. If you don’t know, you’ll never know.
As the de facto leader of the team, the one who is in charge because Holt/Elfangor can’t be in the shit at all times, we’d cast Jake in the role of Sgt. Terry. He knows he’s the leader, but he doesn’t step in until he really has to.
Marco can take on the lead role of Jake pretty effortlessly. Irreverent, irresponsible, and totally ruthless and loyal when it comes down to the wire.
Ax is Gina, because he’s a little detached and distant from the group. They are both a part of the team, even though they are markedly different species from the rest.
Tobias works well as Boyle, because he wants to be as funny and cool as Marco, but knows he never will be.
Finally, Santiago, the earnest and wholesome and aspirational heart of the team gets played by Cassie.
